The Bravo Network presents the first reality series focusing on aspiring fashion designers, Project Runway . Hoping to give nascent designers an opportunity to break into the fashion world, supermodel Heidi Klum will head a group of industry judges, including top women's and men's fashion designer Michael Kors and Elle Magazine fashion guru Nina Garcia. The judges of course will determine who gets kicked off the show every week and to add a freshness, each week there will be a guest judge that has expertise in that week's particular challenge.

"Our contestants are so talented and this show will give them a chance to make it in fashion, which is a really tough business to break into," said Heidi Klum. "I'm excited to give them a great showcase to display their talents. I'm really excited for people to see the show — our contestants are fabulous, and of course, this is fashion — there's a lot of angst and drama!"

The show will start with the selection of twelve fresh designers who will compete on a weekly basis on a multitude of design tasks. Designers will be eliminated on once a week depending on their performance in the design challenges until only 3 remain to square-off on the famed catwalk at New York's Fall Fashion Week. The winner's clothing line will be photographed for Elle by the magazine's world-renowned "Gilles Bensimon."
